Mr. Kazmi has 27+ years of diversified experience within the financial sector. He possesses the required skillset of structuring and managing corporate
finance transactions and developing / executing innovative financing products. Mr. Kazmi has served at various senior level positions at National Bank of Pakistan, Pak Kuwait Investment Company Limited, Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited, Bank Alfalah Limited, ORIX Investment Bank Pakistan Limited and MCB Bank Limited. Previously, Mr. Kazmi has also served as nominee director on the Boards of various listed/unlisted companies.
JUNAID IMRAN
Mr. Imran has a wealth of experience (20+) in the financial industry, with a particular focus on investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has served at various senior positions within JS Group and Grant Thornton Pakistan. His overall experience showcases a strong background in financial services and advisory roles. His expertise would be valuable in deal structuring, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Mr. Imran has also served as nominee director on the Boards of various listed/unlisted companies.
